Shizuoka bank refuses to do business with Japan-Islamic friendship group

NUMAZU, Shizuoka Prefecture--In a rejection that could stir the ire of Muslims in Japan, a local bank in eastern Shizuoka Prefecture has refused to open an account for a Japan-Islamic friendship group, citing fears over its name.
