Toyota City, Japan, April 20, 2012 -- Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announces that Toyota Motor Manufacturing Russia (TMMR), its vehicle production subsidiary in Russia, will start two-shift operations in September of this year. Approximately 600 new personnel have been hired in preparation, and TMMR forecasts that the number of plant employees will have reached approximately 1,750 when two-shift operations begin.
