Toyota Motor Corp. announced April 6 its 2012 Gazoo activity plans, which are intended to broaden the appeal of sports car racing and foster more car enthusiasts.
The carmaker will use its new Toyota GT 86 modified by Gazoo Racing to promote the allure of sports cars and foster new ranks of car enthusiasts by entering the GT 86, along with the Lexus LFA, in the 24 Hours Nurburgring endurance race in Germany from May 17-20.
For 2012, the slogan "I Love Cars!" will be used for Gazoo activities to encourage car enthusiasts to connect with one another through motorsports and at various events.
