Market forces and higher productivity the keys for China

China's labor force will begin shrinking in 2013. Wages and prices are both likely to rise in the long term. China's population is graying before the country has achieved developed-country status. How can China overcome this situation and continue to grow? The key lies in improved social security and higher levels of worker productivity.
