Nadeshiko Japan forward Nahomi Kawasumi scored twice and set up the opening goal as defending champions INAC Kobe Leonessa downed Okayama Yunogo Belle 4-1 in the semifinals of the women's national soccer tournament.
With the win at Tokyo's National Stadium on Dec. 27, INAC Kobe advances to the final for the second straight year.
In the other semifinal, midfielder Mizuho Sakaguchi nailed home a second-half midrange shot as the Albirex Niigata Ladies defeated NTV Beleza 2-1 to proceed to the final for the first time.
INAC Kobe and the Albirex Ladies will battle for the title on New Year's Day at Tokyo's National Stadium before the men's Emperor's Cup final.
