KATMANDU--Japanese mountaineer Yuichiro Miura, the oldest person to scale Mount Everest, was thankful May 26 to be safe after making a treacherous descent, and said that--at least for now--he had no plan for a fourth attempt on the world’s highest peak.

ST. LOUIS--Koki Idoki's eyes welled with tears as he putted for the Senior PGA Championship, and again in the interview room on May 27.
